Olive-Rye Appetizer

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 1/2 doz. whole grain rye crackers

Directions

    Combine beef, cheese and ripe olives with mayonnaise.

    Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each cracker.

    Place on baking sheet.

    Bake at 375° for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
