- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced smoked beef, chopped
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 1/2 doz. whole grain rye crackers
Directions

1Combine beef, cheese and ripe olives with mayonnaise.

2Spread 1 tablespoon of the mixture on each cracker.

3Place on baking sheet.

4Bake at 375° for 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese melts. Yield: 2 1/2 dozen.
