- 1 lb. bulk sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls, crumbled
- 1 c. frozen loosened hash browns, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In skillet, cook sausage until browned (drain).

2Set aside. Separate dough in 8 triangles arranged on ungreased 12-inch pan. Spoon sausage over crust.

3Sprinkle with hash browns and Cheddar cheese.

4Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper.

5Pour over filling. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.

6Pizza should have sides so it won't run.

7Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
