  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 lb. bulk sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. shredded medium sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions

Directions

    Separate crescent rolls into 8 triangles.

    Place triangles with points toward center in greased 12-inch pizza pan.

    Press to form a crust; seal perforations.

    Spoon sausage over dough; sprinkle with cheese.

    Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over sausage. Top with mushrooms, green peppers and onions.

    Bake for 20 minutes at 375° (don't let crust get too brown).

    This is good served with picante sauce.
