  • 1 (8 count) can crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. chopped, cooked ham
  • 1 c. loose pack frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 6 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

    Place in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan with points toward center.

    Press onto bottom and side to form crust, sealing perforations.
