- 1 c. loose pack frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/3 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (2 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375°.
