- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
- 2 c. refrigerated shredded hash brown potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Spread rolls in bottom of lightly greased pizza pan, pressing together to line bottom of pan. Top with sausage, potatoes, cheese, onion and green pepper.

2Combine eggs, milk and seasonings.

3Pour over pizza.

4Bake at 370° for 25 to 30 minutes.
