- 4 eggs, beaten
- 4 slices American cheese
- 2 English muffins, split
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
- 4 slices thin ham or bacon
Directions

1In bowl, combine eggs and Parmesan cheese.

2In medium skillet, scramble eggs in melted butter.

3Place 1 slice of ham on each muffin half.

4Top with 1/4 of scrambled egg, 2 tablespoons pizza sauce and 1 slice of Swiss and American cheese.

5Broil about 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
