  • 24 oz. shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix hash browns and 1 egg together and spread on greased pizza pan.

    Scramble 7 eggs and milk.

    Place on top of hash browns. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

    Top with shredded cheese.

    onion, green pepper, ham, fried crumbled bacon, etc.

    Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes.
