- 8 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix hash browns and 1 egg together and spread on greased pizza pan.

2Scramble 7 eggs and milk.

3Place on top of hash browns. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

4Top with shredded cheese.
