- 1 small box cornbread mix (such as Jiffy)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 can cream-style corn
- salt and pepper to taste

2Combine with beaten eggs and all other ingredients.

3Mix well to blend the mix with the canned corns. Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
