- 1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
