  • 5 eggs or 2 eggs and 6 whites
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage, cooked and drained (pork or turkey)
  • 2 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix eggs, salt, pepper, milk and Parmesan cheese.

    Set aside. Roll out rolls on pizza pan or cookie sheet, pressing cracks together.
