- 1/2 teaspoon Italian Herb Mix

1Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet or pizza stone with heavily-oiled foil.

2In a large bowl, combine hash browns, 1 - 2 well-besten eggs, 1/4 cup cheese, and seasonings. Transfer to the baking sheet and pat into a THIN round. Bake until golden brown, 20 - 25 minutes.

3Meanwhile, cut up the bacon, cook it, and put it aside to drain.

4Top cooked crust with remaining cheese, bacon, and crack eggs on top.
