- 1 lb. sausage, ham or bacon
- 1 pkg. (8) crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix eggs with milk, salt and pepper.

2Cook sausage; drain. Press rolls into circle in pizza pan.

3Add sausage, potatoes, eggs, cheese and Parmesan cheese.

4Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
