- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 c. frozen loose-pack hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Cook sausage; drain.

2Separate crescent dough into 8 triangles.

3Put points together.

4Press bottom and sides to form a crust.

5Spoon sausage over dough.

6Sprinkle with hash brown potatoes and cheese.

7Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

8Pour over sausage mixture.

9Bake at 375° for 25 minutes.

10Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes.
