  • 3 c. milk, divided (regular, 2% or skim)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt, rounded
  • 1/3 c. flour, scant

    Warm 2 cups milk in a heavy pan or skillet.

    Meanwhile, mix 1 cup milk with the other ingredients and add to the warm milk. Cook, stirring often until mixture is slightly thickened and serve with toast.
