- 3 c. milk
- 5.5 oz. box au gratin potatoes
- 1 tsp. hot sauce
- 5 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms
- 8 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Combine milk, au gratin sauce packet, hot sauce, eggs and mustard. Stir in dried potatoes, mushrooms and bacon. Cover. Cook on high 2 1/2 to 3 hours or on low 5 to 6 hours. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover until melted.
