  • 1 cup Frozen Fruit Of Choice
  • 1 whole Banana
  • 1/4 cups Ice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoons Coconut Flavoured Extract
  • 1/4 cups Quick Cooking Oats
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon, Plus A Pinch For Garnish

    Place all ingredients in a blender, and puree until well blended. Divide among 4 tall glasses and garnish with nutmeg or cinnamon.
