- 8 slices white bread, buttered on both sides
- 5 eggs, beaten with milk and seasonings
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. cooked ham, sausage or bacon
- grated cheese
Directions

1Place buttered bread in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour eggs, milk and seasoning mixture over bread.

3Crumble meat over this. Cover with grated cheese, American or Cheddar.

4Refrigerate overnight, covered.

5Bake at 300° for 30 to 40 minutes, covered. Uncover and continue another 30 to 40 minutes.
