  • 1 lb. Bob Evans sausage, browned
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices white bread, cubed
  • 6 eggs, beaten with 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Layer in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan the bread, sausage, cheese and eggs.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    In the morning before baking, combine cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk.

    Pour over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until brown on top.
