  • 1 deep dish pie crust, unbaked
  • 6 oz. sausage
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Cook the sausage, drain and crumble up.

    Put 1/2 of the cheese in the bottom of crust.
  3. 3
    Mix in a bowl the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  4. 4
    Add remainder of the cheese and add the crumbled up sausage.
  5. 5
    Pour into the pie crust and bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
