- 1 pkg. Kraft macaroni and cheese
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can vegetarian beans
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1/3 c. ketchup
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Prepare the macaroni and cheese according to the directions on the package.

3Saute onion in the oil over medium heat.

4When tender, turn the heat up to medium-high and brown beef.

5During the browning, add the garlic. When the beef is browned, reduce heat to low and add the beans and the macaroni and cheese.

6Add the next seven ingredients, mix thoroughly and adjust salt and pepper to taste.
