- 3 to 4 lb. brisket
- 4 oz. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- onion salt
- barbecue sauce
Directions

1In a large pan, salt lean side with salts.

2Add liquid smoke and Worcestershire sauce, then flip over and do the same to the fat.

3Marinate in refrigerator overnight.

4Bake at 275°, covered, for 5 hours.

5Bake for 1 hour uncovered.

6Cover with barbecue sauce; cook at 325°.

7Rake off the fat, but leave the juices in the pan until completely finished cooking.

8Yields 8 servings.
