  • 4 6-8oz.chicken breasts boneless
  • 6 oz. ameretto liquer
  • 6 oz. chicken stock
  • 8 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • olive oil
  • flour
  • salt pepper to taste
  • dredge

Directions

    pound chicken with meat mallet until about 1/4 in. thick dredge in flour

    saute in olive oil on med. heat until almost cooked through

    add mushrooms ameretto chicken stock simmer about 5 min.

    serve over angel hair pasta or rice
