- Garlic salt
- 3 oz. liquid smoke
- Salt and pepper
- Celery salt
- Onion salt
- Worcestershire sauce
- Barbecue sauce
Directions

1Sprinkle celery, garlic, and onion salts on brisket.

2Rub on liquid smoke.

3Cover and refrigerate overnight.

4Next day, pour off juice.

5Salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle with worcestershire sauce.

6Bake covered for 3 hours at 275°.

7Drain juice, cover with barbecue sauce and bake an additional hour at 250°.

8Slice and serve.
