- 1 1/4 c. water
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1In a small saucepan, bring 1 1/2 cups water to a boil.

2Stir in rice.

3Cook according to directions.

4In a 10-inch skillet, cook beaten egg in butter.

5Add chopped onion and the rice. Saute, stirring, over medium heat, until the mixture is slightly brown.

6Mix 1/4 cup water with soy sauce and stir into the rice. Makes four servings.
