- 5 to 6 lb. brisket
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped or sliced
- 1 (3-oz.) bottle liquid smoke
Directions

1Place brisket in large baking pan lined with foil.

2Lay garlic and onions on top of brisket.

3Combine soy sauce and liquid smoke.

4Pour over brisket.

5Seal foil and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

6Cook one hour at 400 degrees.

7Reduce heat to 250 and continue cooking for 4 to 6 hours.
