- 1 (8 to 10 lb.) brisket
- 1/2 bottle Claude's brisket sauce
Directions

1Trim most of fat off brisket.

2Put foil in pan with sides high enough to seal brisket in.

3Put brisket in pan.

4Pour brisket sauce on and seal.

5Marinate at least 3 or 4 hours in refrigerator.

6Put in oven and cook until tender at 275°.

7Usually takes 8 or 9 hours.

8About 30 minutes before done, uncover and let brown.
