  • 1 bottle favorite barbecue sauce

Directions

    Using a couple layers of heavy-duty aluminum foil, securely wrap the roast, pouring barbecue sauce over roast before sealing the foil.

    Bake at low heat (250° to 300°) for 3 to 4 hours.
