- 1 1/4 c. Paprika
- 3 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd coriander
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Dry thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr
- 1 1/2 tsp Cayenne
Directions

1Mix together, rub on brisket, leav in frig overnight, make sure trim side is up, keep temperature betwwn 180 - 220 degrees till done.

2Recipe said to baste with beer sauce every hour (12 ounce beer or possibly cheap wine, 1/2 c. vinegar, 1/4 c. oil, 1/2 onion, 2 cloves garlic and 1 Tbsp.. Worcestershire).

3This came from cable TV, but was pretty good....next time we're going to try for a little bit sweeter....enjoy!
