Broccoli Bake

Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen cut broccoli
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 1 (2.8 oz.) can French fried onions
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cook broccoli; drain and set aside.

2In skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.

3Stir in soup, mustard and salt.

4Heat until bubbly.

5In a 1 1/2-quart casserole, arrange half of broccoli.

6Top with 1/2 of the eggs, 1/2 of cheese and 1/2 of the mushroom sauce.

7Repeat layers.

8Bake for 20 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle onions on top and bake 5 minutes more.

9Put a few egg slices on top.

10Makes 6 servings.
