- 2 lb. frozen broccoli cuts
- 2 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- bacon bits
Directions

1Drain broccoli in colander overnight.

2Spread in a 9 x 12-inch pan.

3Beat the mushroom soup until creamy and smooth.

4Spread over broccoli, then spread cheese over top.

5Then sprinkle with bacon bits or onion rings.

6You can also use 1 cup Bisquick; mix with 1/2 stick butter until it forms crumbs.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
