Broccoli Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb seasoned stuffing (not cubes)

Directions

    Saute the diced onion in butter.

    Mix the other ingredients together with the onion and butter.

    Refrigerate 1 hour or for best results, refrigerate overnight.

    Roll into balls.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

    Use an ungreased cookie sheet.
