Broccoli Balls

Ingredients
- 2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 3/4 c. butter or margarine
- 6 eggs, well beaten
- 2 c. stuffing mix
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients except for Swiss or Cheddar cheese and broccoli.

2Add well drained broccoli and mix well.

3Make into balls using ice-cream scoop (this can be frozen at this time).

4Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Remove and add cheese (if you like, you can also add cracker crumbs or onion rings at this time).

6Place back in oven and bake until cheese is melted.

7I usually make half of mine with Cheddar and half with Swiss cheese.

8You can also make this into a casserole instead of the balls.
