  • 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small pkg. broccoli
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 stick oleo, melted

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except oleo.

    Pour half of melted oleo into 9 x 13-inch pan and half into mixture.

    Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
