- 2 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
- 1 stick butter or 1 c. melted
- 1 can mushrooms (optional0
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. evaporated milk or regular milk
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Cook broccoli and drain.

3Put into a buttered baking dish.

4Cover with Cheddar cheese.

5Crumble crackers on top of the cheese.

6(Make sure your crackers are finely crumbled.)

7Pour melted butter over crackers.

8Beat eggs and milk together.

9Pour over the top of crackers.

10Bake for 30 minutes until it has a brown crust on top.

11Let stand for 10 minutes.
