- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushroom soup, undiluted
- 1 c. mild shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar (optional)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1Saute onion in butter.

2Combine soup, cheese, mustard and vinegar; leave on heat only long enough to heat through.

3Layer in 9 x 9 x 2 1/2-inch pan the broccoli, eggs and cooked mixture, ending with mixture.

4Bake, uncovered, 25 minutes at 350°.

5Remove from oven and top with French fried onions.

6Return to oven for 5 minutes.

7Prepare this at least eight hours before baking and refrigerate (best overnight).

8It will fill your pan if doubled.
