  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli
  • 1 c. cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
  • 2 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. cheese, diced (Velveeta, Cheddar, etc.)
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs or dressing mix

Directions

    Cook broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes; drain well. Combine soup, eggs, mayonnaise and diced cheese; mix well.

    Add drained broccoli.

    Pour into baking dish.

    Sprinkle cracker crumbs or dressing mix over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
