- 3 pkg. chopped broccoli or equivalent of fresh
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 lb. Cheddar or Velveeta cheese, sliced
- 1 c. water
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 8 oz. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Make broccoli according to package directions; drain well and set aside.

2Combine milk, 4 tablespoons butter and flour over low heat (will be thin).

3Melt cheese into sauce.

4Heat water until hot; melt 1 stick butter into it.

5Add stuffing.

6Turn off heat. Add celery and onion.

7Layer broccoli, stuffing and sauce in greased casserole dish.

8Repeat layers.

9Bake uncovered at 300° for 30 minutes.
