- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 oz. sharp cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs
Directions

1Cook broccoli according to directions.

2Place in 10 x 6 x 1-inch baking dish.

3Stir together soup and cheese.

4Add milk, mayonnaise and egg, stirring until blended.

5Pour over broccoli. Combine crumbs and melted butter.

6Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.

7Recipe can be doubled.
