Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 oz. sharp cheese, shredded (1/2 c.)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. corn flake crumbs

Directions

    Cook broccoli according to directions.

    Place in 10 x 6 x 1-inch baking dish.

    Stir together soup and cheese.

    Add milk, mayonnaise and egg, stirring until blended.

    Pour over broccoli. Combine crumbs and melted butter.

    Sprinkle over soup mixture. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes.

    Recipe can be doubled.
