Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 1/2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli cuts
  • 8 oz. Velveeta, cubed
  • 40 Ritz crackers
  • 1 stick butter, melted

Directions

    Heat oven to 350°. In saucepan, steam broccoli until bright green and tender; drain. Arrange 1/2 of broccoli in 2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with half of cheese and half of cracker crumbs. Repeat layers. Drizzle butter over top. Bake 30 minutes.
