- 1 bunch broccoli or 1 bag broccoli cuts
- 1 small jar pimento
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Directions

1Chop fresh broccoli, or layer 1 bag frozen broccoli cuts in a 9 x 13-inch casserole.

2Drain and add pimento.

3Layer on sliced water chestnuts, drained.

4Spoon cream of celery soup (undiluted) evenly over vegetables.

5Prepare 1/2 of an 8-ounce package of Pepperidge Farm stuffing, using 2/3 cup water, 2 tablespoons margarine and 2 cups stuffing mix.

6Layer evenly over soup.

7Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, until bubbly.
