- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken, boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. broth
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. peas
- 1 can carrots
Directions

1Stew chicken and remove skin and bones.

2Place chicken in baking dish.

3In medium saucepan, put broth and soup.

4Heat until thin.

5In a bowl, mix flour, butter and buttermilk.

6Pour broth and soup mixture over chicken.

7Spoon batter over chicken and bake at 325° for 25 to 30 minutes.
