Broccoli Casserole

  • 1 c. wild rice
  • 4 c. water
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 large head broccoli, cut up and cooked
  • 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
  • 1/8 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Combine rice, water and bouillon cubes.

    Cook as directed on box.

    When rice is finished, add cooked broccoli.

    Melt cheese with milk and butter, then add to mixture.

    Stir well.

    Serve hot as a casserole or cold as a summer salad.
