Broccoli Cauliflower Bake

Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. broccoli spears
  • 2 (10 oz. each) pkg. cauliflower
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can French fried onion rings

Directions

    Thaw vegetables and drain well.

    Place in buttered casserole dish.

    Cover with drained mushrooms.

    Heat soup and cheese until cheese is melted and mixture is hot and creamy.

    Pour over vegetables.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, uncovered.

    Sprinkle with onion rings and cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
