Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad

  • 1 head broccoli
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 green pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/3 c. raisins (optional)
  • 1 c. Miracle Whip
  • 4 Tbsp. sugar
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar

Directions

    Break broccoli and cauliflower into pieces.

    Add sliced onions, broken into rings and chopped green peppers to broccoli and cauliflower. Then mix together Miracle Whip, sugar and vinegar and pour over the vegetables.

    Refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
