  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed rosemary
  • 1 large round rye loaf

Directions

    Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.

    Add Velveeta and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

    Stir in broccoli and rosemary.
