  • 1 can white tuna (in water), drained (6 1/2 oz.)
  • 1 1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 4 to 5 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
  • 25 to 30 fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tsp. ground white pepper

Directions

    In a blender, place tuna, mayonnaise and onion.

    Process until smooth. Add jalapeno peppers and cilantro, processing until chopped fine. Blend in white pepper. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

    Serve cold with chips or vegetables.
