- 1 can white tuna (in water), drained (6 1/2 oz.)
- 1 1/3 c. low-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 4 to 5 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped fine
- 25 to 30 fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 tsp. ground white pepper
Directions

1In a blender, place tuna, mayonnaise and onion.

2Process until smooth. Add jalapeno peppers and cilantro, processing until chopped fine. Blend in white pepper. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

3Serve cold with chips or vegetables.
