- 10 oz. frozen broccoli
- 1 c. water
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 16 oz. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. half and half
Directions

1Cook broccoli in 1 cup of water and bouillon cubes until done. Pour milk, flour and cheese, cut into cubes, into blender and process on grind.

2Add to broccoli and water.

3Stir in half and half and cook over medium-low heat until mixture thickens.

4Stir frequently; will scorch easily.
