Broccoli-Cheese Stuffed Shells

  • 1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c. shredded part skim Ricotta cheese
  • 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 12 dry jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained

    In a medium bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.

    Spoon about 2 tablespoons filling into cooked shell.

    In an 8-inch square baking dish, spread evenly over bottom.

    Arrange shells in single layer over sauce.

    Pour remaining sauce over shells.

    Bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

    Add extra green onions.
