- 1/2 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. shredded part skim Ricotta cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 12 dry jumbo pasta shells, cooked and drained
Directions

1In a medium bowl, mix first 5 ingredients.

2Spoon about 2 tablespoons filling into cooked shell.

3In an 8-inch square baking dish, spread evenly over bottom.

4Arrange shells in single layer over sauce.

5Pour remaining sauce over shells.

6Bake in a 400° oven for 25 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

7Add extra green onions.
