Broccoli-Corn Bake

  • 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli or broccoli cuts
  • 2 cans cream-style corn
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
  • 4 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Mix broccoli and corn in casserole dish.

    Stir in eggs and onion.
  3. 3
    Melt the 4 tablespoons margarine and stir in stuffing mix. Spread stuffing mix over top of casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.
