- 1 bag frozen chopped broccoli or broccoli cuts
- 2 cans cream-style corn
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped onion, sauteed in 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
- 4 Tbsp. margarine
Directions

1Mix broccoli and corn in casserole dish.

2Stir in eggs and onion.

3Melt the 4 tablespoons margarine and stir in stuffing mix. Spread stuffing mix over top of casserole and bake 1 hour at 350°.
