Broccoli-Corn Bake

- 1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 beaten egg
- 3/4 c. coarse saltine cracker crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. instant chopped onion
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
Directions

1Cook and drain broccoli.

2Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup of the cracker crumbs, the onion, 2 tablespoons butter, salt and pepper.

3Turn into a 1-quart casserole.

4Combine the remaining 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and the remaining butter.

5Sprinkle over vegetable mixture.

6Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
